Hyper Pure Bottle
Highly durable and clean multilayer bottle
The Hyper Pure Bottle is a high-quality, precision-engineered, multifunctional container, developed using advanced molding technology for storing high-purity chemicals used in semiconductor manufacturing. We have designed seven-layer structures using our proprietary technology. The middle layer features a gas barrier function, resulting in a highly durable and clean multilayer bottle.
By collaborating with a raw material manufacturer to develop high-clean raw materials free of additives, we were able to create a completely new container. It contains one-tenth or fewer particles compared to conventional clean raw materials. Additionally, metal elution, a concern with electronic chemicals, is minimized, ensuring safe usage.
Multilayer containers (barrier containers)
By using a clean resin for the innermost layer and incorporating a barrier layer in the middle, we have developed a clean, multilayer container with a high barrier that minimizes gas permeation of chemicals. The innermost layer material can now be selected, enabling the storage of chemicals that cannot be kept in conventional polyethylene containers.

The Ikeda Plant is the industry's first blow molding facility with a Class 100 manufacturing environment dedicated exclusively to producing clean containers. As a Class 100 facility, equivalent to a semiconductor manufacturing plant, we provide high-clean containers through our integrated production line, from molding to packaging, all designed to maintain strict cleanliness.
