Our Ikeda Plant started as a production facility for pure bottles/pure drums and it was the industry's first blow molding plant under class 100. It is a thoroughly cleaned factory of class 100, which is equivalent to a semiconductor manufacturing plant. It offers highly cleaned containers manufactured in a fully automated and integrated line from the molding to the packaging process.
Clean container (Pure)
The interior layer uses a natural colored grade for high-purity chemicals and the exterior layer is colored to prevent transmission of light. To meet your expected container quality, we have a complete management system in place to provide reliable and high-quality drums for safe use at any time.
